Acupuncture

Sports injury/adhesions, mobility and flexibility etc etc. yes acupuncture can help heal all of these things.

What about mental health, internal organs, fibromyalgia and other things?

Yep all of that too.

Syndromes especially.

Some things just aren't curable, like, say Parkinsons for example, but the syndromes are very treatable and with regular treatments of Tui Na and/or Acupuncture, the acceleration of syndromes are slowed or even stopped in their tracks for many years!

Cupping

Cupping works on suction and draws blood (and therefore Qi) to the area at which they are placed i.e. Acupoints.

This method is very effective at removing stagnation from stagnated points and is a good additional treatment or alternative for anyone that is needle-phobic.

Moxibustion

A very different sensation and enhanced treatment.

Moxa is a mugwort packed in to a cigar like tube.  when lit, it burns very hot/yang and adds warmth through the needles and into the joints and muscles. This accelerates the expulsion of damp for conditions like bursitis and oedema and dispels cold, giving pain relief and improving mobility for conditions like arthritis.

The screens between the Moxa and the skin are slotted over the needles to provide a reflective and non conductive protection to the skin, from the heat of the burning Moxa.

In this seated knee treatment the lower leg is wrapped in a cloth to give an extra layer of security.
